Nevxup processes personal data only for service delivery, communication, evaluation of quote and demo requests, site security, and analytics where explicit consent is provided.
2. Information processed
Contact and quote forms may process full name, phone, email, company/brand information and project details shared by the user. When a callback request is submitted through the AI Assistant, only the contact details explicitly provided by the user are recorded.
3. Purpose of use
Collected information is used to respond to requests, identify the right product or service, manage quote/demo processes, prevent abuse and, where consent is given, measure site usage statistically.
4. Analytics and cookies
Analytics tools are activated only when visitors accept analytics cookies. If declined, the site continues to operate with essential functions.
5. Third parties
When the AI Assistant is enabled, content entered in the chat may be sent to the configured OpenAI API service to generate a response. Users should not share sensitive personal information. Visitor data is not sold for advertising.
6. Retention and security
Request records are retained only as long as necessary for the business relationship. The management panel is protected through rate limiting, CSRF protection, secure sessions and access restrictions. Technical safeguards reduce risk, but absolute security on the internet cannot be guaranteed.
