Personal data processed

Full name, phone number, email, company/brand name, project and use-case information, and other information voluntarily provided by the user may be processed depending on the request.

Purposes of processing

Personal data may be processed to respond to quote or demo requests, manage prospective customer relationships, identify the relevant Nevxup solution, improve service quality and maintain system security.

Collection method and legal basis

Data may be collected electronically through web forms, the AI Assistant callback form, email, phone and WhatsApp. Processing may rely on fulfilling requests, pre-contractual steps, legitimate interests and, where required, explicit consent.

Transfers

Data may be shared only with hosting, email, analytics or AI service providers necessary to operate the service, subject to applicable law and appropriate security measures.

Your rights

Under Article 11 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law, you may request information about processing, correction, deletion and exercise other rights provided by law.
